Item Details
Description
An Edwardian silver three-handled vase, of conical form with alternating, oblique gadrooned decoration, the three, sinuous and pointed handles with foliate terminals and scrolled detail, each raised on flat, floral foot. Hallmarked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1908. Maximum height 24cm, weight 27.7ozt (862.4g).
Condition Report:- Item is in fair condition, showing some surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.
- Silver is quite dull, and would benefit from a light clean.
- Plain areas, such as rim, plain gadrooning to central body and base, are bumpy and uneven to areas.
- Handles and feet are very darkly tarnished.
- Interior is very rusty and blackened.
- Hallmarks are clear and legible.
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
