A late Victorian silver mounted book, of pierced, foliate scrolled and cherub design, surrounding central initial engraved cartouche, hallmarked William Comyns & Sons, London 1898. Together with a silvered metal overlay porcelain vase, with thin column neck leading to globular body, on spread wood base. Length of book 30cm, height of vase 19cm. Â
