The Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis line was first introduced in 1998. In French "vernis" means varnish which explains the shiny and sparkly effect of the bags. It is a monogram embossed coated leather which is like patent leather and has been released in many different colors throughout the years.
The exterior Vernis is clean and beautiful but does have some white scuffs and faint scratches. The leather handles are clean with some creasing. The goldtone hardware is bright and crisp with some fading on the bottom metal feet. The interior lining has a few spots and some rubbing but remains clean and in great condition.
