SS 22.75 x 19 in.; DOA 28.25 x 24.25 in.
Born in New York, Ms. Miller became the first art instructor at Bennett College in 1937. She served as associate professor of art at North Carolina A&T University and founded and owned the Z Gallery in Greensboro. In 1991 she co-founded the African American Atelier.
