H-220 WWI period made French horizon blue cloth belt pouch. Shaped like a large officer's tunic pocket, the center is pleated and has a flap held in place with a domed gilt-brass button. A gilt metal number "75" has been affixed to the bottom of the pleat and gold bullion tress and cords of a Colonel sewn to the right side. The reverse has a matching cloth 22 1/4" wide, 7" belt loop with a gilt-brass ball button .Excellent and scarce. I
