Description
Annual railroad pass issued to W. L. McGill, Secretary of Southen Railroad Commission, so he could ride this line for the year issued free of charge. Mr. McGill testified before President Theodore Roosevelt and congress for a raise in the railroad rates for these southern lines. Several 100 lines are represented in this auction, many of these railroads are no longer in existence. Size approximately 4in x 2-1/2in, printed on thick cardboard. Since there is NO buyers Premium on this auction, there is a fixed shipping cost of $2/card in the U.S.
Condition
Some edge rubbing and possibly some fading or staining. Picture created by scanning front/back and splicing and although we have attempted to recreate the correct colors, the card looks better in person than we were able to scan.
