German, circa late 19th/early 20th century; This impressive 6 room house has large generous rooms (each 19.5" d. x 11.5" t. and three measuring nearly 23" w.). The exterior sides are covered in brick patterned paper with pedimented windows and doors on sides as well as the back which adds even more realism to this large house. The roof is covered in an appropriate shingle patterned paper. The interior retains very nice early parquet patterned floor papers and printed wall papers appropriately scaled to the size of these rooms which are framed by mitered base boards, door and window trims and crown molding. (Some light water staining near a few outer edges; area of newspaper residue near corner in bottom middle room).
