Circa 1895, painted wood with lithographed paper wall and floor coverings, 3 functioning casement windows adorned with stained wood cornices and proper draperies; The rooms are appointed with Schneegass stained wood and velvet upholstered parlor and bedroom furniture, Erhard & Sohne ormolu accessories such as electric style sconce, tables, vases and paintings; Other items included are a gilt metal jardiniere, table lamp with bristol glass globe, Gerlach figural mirror, Marklin telephone, phonograph and painted bisque babies, a housekeeper (missing foot) and a well dressed gentleman.
