(Vince Lombardi) (1913-1970) Coach. Lombardi imposed a strenuous regimen and led the Green Bay Packers to five NFL championships (1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967) as head coach and general manager, and to victories in Super Bowls I and II. As coach, general manager, and part owner of the Washington Redskins in 1969, he led that team to its first winning season in 14 years. 11 ¼†x 9 ¼†scouting report for a September 29, 1957 game between the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Colts, in ink and pencil, front and back, all in the hand of Lombardi. He was an assistant coach with the New York Giants. The 1957 Lions would win the NFL championship in 1957, although they lost this opening game to the Baltimore Colts 34-13.
