Unpaginated. Illustrated from photographs, portraits of firemen, numerous advertisements, etc. 24x16.5 cm. (9½x6¾"), original color pictorial wrappers.

Scarce record of the numerous volunteer and veteran fire departments in New England, and their grand gathering at Lowell, Massachusetts, in 1908. Published under the auspices of the New England States Veteran Firemen's League. The cover title reads "New England States Veteran Firemen's League muster; souvenir treasure book, Lowell, Aug. 20, 1908." OCLC/WorldCat lists only three copies, at the New York State Library, the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and the Henry Ford Benson Ford Research Center in Dearborn, Michigan.

Condition

Wrappers with slightg soiling, crease to rear wrapper; very good.
