Description
A James Dean Prototype Model of the Monument at Griffith Park by Kenneth Kendall, Circa 1980s. Created by the renowned 'James Dean Artist' as a model for the actual one at the famous park in Los Angeles; consisting of a bronze-colored bust of the actor atop a white column which display lettering reading "James Dean," a gold star, and a plaque commemorating the making of the 1955 Warner Bros. classic, "Rebel Without A Cause" which was famously shot on location at Griffith Park; stamped on the bottom with Kendall's logo. (Please note the 'bonsai tree' portion has been repaired numerous times.)
