A near pair of Sevres porcelain cabinet plates, each of wavy edged form, the first with seated maiden and putto attendant offering grapes, signed 'Collot', within a bleu celeste border of gilt scroll-edged floral panels alternating with gilt musical trophies, orange 'CHATEAU DE TUILERIES' mark and grey Sevres mark plus 'Cauldon' mark beneath, 9.5" (24cm) diameter, the second with seated maiden and Cupid, within comparable border, crossed L's and gilt crown beneath, same size. Perhaps a little pale. Otherwise sound.
