The Hummels all bear the Goebel Hummel trademark and are marked Germany, the angel has a chipped wing and one of the sheep has come unattached. The tallest boy with the goats and the drummer boy measures around 4 3/4" tall, the two children on the tree and the angel measures about 4" tall. They do not come with boxes.
