Description

"Passing Of The Horse" Bronze Sculpture By Stanley Wanlass This dramatic hand-painted bronze sculpture was created by noted artist Stanley Wanlass. It was created using the lost wax process known as Cire Perdue. It is dated 1983, is 34" in length and is mounted on a walnut base. It is number 5 of a limited edition of 30. It depicts the evolution of transportation in the early 20th century as a brass era touring car laden with passengers passes a horse and rider. It is one of the more impressive of the Wanlass bronzes. Certificate of Authenticity included.
