This surfboard, of the famous Rusty make, was signed in black ink by the Beach Boys group consisting of original members Mike Love, Al Jardine, and Carl Wilson, in addition to later member Bruce Johnston. The Beach Boys, who ironically had little interest in surfing themselves, were of course known as the supreme surf band. Their music is forever linked to the California beaches and the laid-back, carefree lifestyle of the surfer. The surfboard measures 70 x 18.
