These two large apothecary jars of jars are a set of decorative and coveted collectibles illustrating the history of pharmacy. Their interior is entirely painted in white. On the outside they are adorned with the original painted labeling in green and gold: ‘SARSAPARILLA ROOT’ and ‘CHAMOMILE FLOWERS’. The metal covers are painted in black with a golden stripe.
Both the glass jars are in good condition with hardly any traces of wear or age. The dimensions, including the cover, are 61 x 22 x 22 cm (height x width x depth). (tm)
