Condition consistent with age and use. Top is observed with slight separations at the wood seams, and stains and scratches throughout the wood border. The marble is observed with scratches throughout. Dust debris is observed on the carved skirt and legs. Carvings to left and right of legs are slightly loose. A detailed example.
