Jeweler Wilm (est. 1767)
The jeweler Wilm was founded in 1767, being one of the longest established companies within the branch. Today, the company is under the management of the goldsmith and jeweler Mark-Andreas Wilm. Besides high-quality jewelries, the company produces the famous Wilm silver and annual collections of jewelry and silverware. Hermann Julius Wilm (1812-1907) was the jeweller in third generation. He made the silver model of the ‘Victory’ of 1887, a present for the jubilee of the German emperor Wilhelm I and his wife. Also Ferdinand Richard Wilm (1880-1971) created precious items for the German imperial family, for the Royal courts of England, Holland, Romania, Greece, and for the Tsars of Russia.
