PROPERTY FROM A PRIVATE COLLECTION, BOCA RATON, FLORIDA

PAIR OF BACCARAT BLACK GLASS FLAGONS AND A BACCARAT OPALINE BLACK GLASS PERFUME BOTTLE, the pair 'Nuit de Noel' for CARON, Paris, Baccarat design # 569, unmarked, launched in 1922, designed by Felicie Bergaud (Felicie Vanpouille), the bottles predate 1936; with embossed gilt paper labels that wrap around each bottle, one also with corporate trademark label on underside, of flattened rectangular form with rounded sides and chamfered upper corners with conforming rounded foot; the second manufactured for GUERLAIN, Paris, 'Liu', unmarked {Baccarat], the design launched 1929, the bottle predates 1936, with gilt paper label to stopper and bottle, the underside acid etched Guerlain, Paris and with a government regulatory paper label, of square form with four chamfered corners, and a square cap. Heights 4 1/2 in., 3 in., respectively

cf. Most Baccarat perfume bottles manufactured prior to 1936 were unmarked.

Lables for the pair are somewhat worn and loose in areas, some separation. both in fair to good condition.
The Guerlain bottle has a label on the stopper that is peeling away both body and stopper label soiled., none of the three posses an acid etched Baccarat stamp, hence the manufacturing date of all three bottles is most likely pre 1936.
