The page was probably torn out from a magazine. It is the advertisment of the film based on the 'Gypsy Baron' (original title: Cigánybáró)1935. Size: 20 x 22.5 cm. The 'Gypsy Baron' is the operetta in three acts based on the book of Mór Jókai, one of the greatest Hungarian writers. The story takes place in the 18th century. This is the colourful story of the marriage of a landowner (returned from exile) and a gypsy girl who is revealed as the daughter of a Turkish Pasha, and the rightful owner of a hidden treasure. It involves a fortune-telling Romany Queen, an absurdly self-important Mayor, a rascally Commissioner, a Military Governor, a band of Gypsies and a troop of Hussars.(source: wikipedia.org)On the front side, the photos of the actors and actresses playing in the film are displayed(Willy Fritsch, Lilian Harvey, Hans Albers, MArika Rökk, Carl Ludwig Diehl, Hansi KNoteck, Alessandro Ziliani, Brigitte Horney, René Deltgen).
