A pair of dyed cultured pearl and diamond ear pendants. Each designed as a dyed silvery-grey cultured pearl drop, measuring 9.4 to 9.8mms in width, suspended from a single-cut diamond geometric panel and plain oval-shape surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Length 3.7cms. Weight 7.4gms.

Overall condition good. Some surface wear in keeping with general wear. Cultured pearls dyed, silvery-grey colour, with rose and greenish overtones. Fair skins with uneven colour and surfaces. The end of one is significantly discoloured and crazed, with a matt surface. Some areas with fair lustre, some with poor lustre/matt appearance. Cultured pearls fairly well matched for shape, differ in hue and surface quality. Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if these cultured pearls are from a fresh or saltwater source. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Individual size prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Scattered to profuse inclusions, some visible to the unaided eye. Diamonds in fair condition with significant nicks and nibbles. With fixed posts for pierced ears. Stamped 750.
