An early 20th century 18ct gold and platinum diamond five-stone ring. The graduated old-cut diamonds, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct, I-J colour, VS2-P1 clarity. Weight 2.9gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface wear and light scratches in keeping with age. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched, differ slightly in shape. Principal diamond with no obvious inclusions visible under magnification. Two side diamonds with minor to no obvious inclusions visible under magnification, one with two small chips to the girdle, affecting small areas of the crown and pavilion facets. Two other side diamonds with scattered dark coloured inclusions under the table facets easily visible under magnification. Diamonds in fair to good condition, some with minor abrasion, some with nicks and chips. Ring size L. Stamped 18ct & Pt.
