SILVER TRINKETS - (3) Pieces of Early Silver, including 18th c. English sterling vinaigrette, footed vinaigrette or reliquary, and 18th c. snuff or pill box. English vinaigrette is hallmarked for Birmingham, 1790 by silversmith Samuel Pemberton, with engraved exterior decoration and gilt washed interior, 1 1/2" x 1/2" x 3/8", good condition. Heart-shaped footed vinaigrette with crown top has hinged lid, gilt washed interior, and engraved decoration, with engraved initials "ACH" and "D" on back, no maker's mark, 2 3/4" h, 1 5/8" w, 3/4" d, minor dents. Octagonal shape hinged top snuff or pill box, with inscription and date "H.F., 1742" on base, probably American, illegible maker's mark inside lid, 1 1/8" x 1" x 3/4", minor dents. 1.555 ozt tw.
