Signed (characters) Lower Left with Inscription which translates "I am privileged to address the Emperor thusly, painted with respect by Lang Shih-nine". Slight Creasing to Paper, Frame "AS IS". Measures 49 Inches Tall and 96-5/8 Inches Wide. Provenance: Prominent Palm Beach, Florida Collectors; Jay Specter, Inc., New York; Frederick P. Victoria and Son, Inc., New York. Referenced and Illustrated in "Hopes and Aspirations, Decorative Painting of Korea" Asian Art Museum of San Francisco 1998 (to accompany lot). We will not ship this item due to its size.
