Description
Two early 20th century 18ct gold gem-set rings. To include a graduated opal cabochon ring, together with a coral and diamond point ring. Each with principal gem deficient. One with hallmarks for Chester, 1901. Total weight 5.1gms.
Condition
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Wear to some of the claws, may require attention. The band has been repaired/resized to the coral ring with discolouration and acid staining. Both bands slightly out of round. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated total diamond weight 0.02ct. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. Moderate abrasion. The opals are well matched with fair play of colour, moderate abrasion. Ring size P 1/2 and U.
