A hollow-cast figurine of a standing horse with billowing fringed saddlecloth; bridle and harness modelled to the body with bells to the chest; red pigment to the mane and harness. 1.2 kg, 26.5cm (10 1/2"). From an important collection of Chinese art by descent, the property of a Hong Kong family living in London, 1960s.
