An Amber, Mammoth Ivory, Gold and Multi Gem "Frogs in a Forest" Sculpture, Lee Downey,
Bali, Indonesia,
carved from Dominican green amber, depicting frogs on top of and around a tree stump formed from Siberian mammoth ivory, the frogs eyes inset with cabochon cut sapphires within gold bezels, the tree stump rest upon a black drusy quartz support and a hardwood base, the sculpture accented with numerous Baltic and Dominican amber elements of several colors including blue, red and yellow resembling oozing tree sap, two amber sections contain insect inclusions.
