A Frank Sinatra Group of License Plates, 1980s-1990s. The first from Washington, D.C. reading "FAS-1 / U.S.A. Presidential Inauguration 1981;" the second a commemorative one reading "The 50th American / Mr S / 1789 Presidential Inaugural 1985;" and the third from California reading "FAS 1" with a 1999 registration sticker in the upper right corner; all evidently used on cars as they're dirtied and scratched; gifted by the singer to Elvina Joubert, his maid of 30+ years.
