Eaton, Signed for U.S. President Martin Van Buren by his Secretary. land granted by the Chickasaw Indian nation treaty signed at Pontotoc Creek 1832. Granting to the Chickasaw Indian ' Shah-Wo-Ni-Yea" one section plus, Section 29, Township 5, Range 4 West, 641.12 acres. Approx. 10" x 16".
Condition
Condition- Framed in 1960`s era frame, 2 folds horizontal and 3 folds vertical, some discoloration. Overall this piece is in good condition.
