Tricycle or velocipede has a cast iron frame and wheels, spring driven with mechanism between the rear wheels with a painted tin cover; the seated black figure has a paper mache head with tin arms and legs and he rocks side to side turning the handlebars to ride in a serpentine pattern. Has some wear to the clothing and the paint on the figures head, in good working condition, missing key. 9 in. high x 4.5 in. wide x 11 in. long.
