Andrew Grima, responsible for some of the most desirable modern jewels in London during the 1960's and 1970's, was sought out by the likes of British royalty and Jacqueline Onassis for his work. The partnership with Omega yielded the then revolutionary idea of utilizing various gemstones as the watch crystal, bringing an added allure to these unique timepieces.
