Affixed at upper left with an old nail is a Livingston County, New York County Clerk’s office form. (The Livingston Co. Clerk’s form is printed, with blanks filled in by hand and signed “Sylvester Brown,” Jan. 12, 1825). Also affixed with the nail at upper left is a handwritten note, signed “S. R.
