Partial war-date T.L.S. as ambassador on onionskin, 1p. 8vo., Moscow, mar. 2, 1941 asks for a pension to be given to a veteran with 15 years service in the embassy who had also organized the delivery of volunteers and weapons to Spain. Co-signed by ANASTAS I. MIKOYAN (1895- 1978) Old Bolshevik and Soviet statesman during the mandates of Lenin, Stalin, Khrushchev, and Brezhnev. Ragged margins else very good.
