Description
Offered is one of the nicest looking arrowheads in this auction (in our opinion). It has a wonderful golden yellow glow to the point and is a great looking corner notch arrowhead. It is approximately 1-3/8 inches x 1 inch in size and is being offered exactly as received. This arrowhead was found by Frank Buehler, one of the founding members of the Oregon Archaeological Society, and was found in the Columbia River Basin circa 1960 in the vicinity of The Dalles, Oregon. Buehler was a well-known and respected amateur archaeologist, historian, and collector, and all the artifacts from his collection we are offering have not been offered for public sale before now.
