This lot is for one of the neatest cream-top milk bottles out there. It is the "Cop the Cream" painted-label quart-size milk bottle. This bottle is from the Silver Hill Dairy in Portland, Oregon. Embossed into the cream-top is the image of a cop head complete with his ears. There is also lettering around neck that reads, "Cop The Cream Bottle Co, Inc." The bottom has embossed lettering with, "Patent Number 108074, Trademark Reg, COP, Other Patents Pending." The bottle has red lettering on both side and looks as good as the day it was made showing little or no wear. The bottle is approximately 9-1/2 inches tall x 3-3/4 inches in diameter. A must have for any collector!
