Art Deco minipiano and matching stool, London, ca. 1930s; Rosewood, chromed steel and shagreen; Marked; Piano, closed: 34 1/2" x 51" x 16 1/4, stool: 21" x 20" x 14"

Good looking lot in good vintage condition: a few small nicks to edges of piano with minor wear and dullness to chrome trim. Six long cracks to rosewood veneer panel below keyboard. Finish wear to top of bench. All keys function, seriously out of tune. The piano has a short keyboard with 73 keys, not 88. Technical information: The piece has not been examined by a piano expert. Sound board is made of plywood (see photo). Only tuning pins are accessible from the front (see photo). Staccato pads on about 6 keys missing or not functional. Damper pedal not working.
