Condition consistent with age. Examined under ultra violet light. A fine craquelure is observed throughout the painting and there is some paint loss at the edges, where the canvas meets the frame. There is an area os minor paint loss noted near the upper center left of the canvas within the scroll. The frame has some mild wear to the gilt, noted mostly at corners. A lovely piece.
