A JAPANESE BLUE & WHITE LOBED PORCELAIN VASE
Circa 19th century
The blue and white porcelain vase of tapering lobed form, centering a landscape scene depicting blossoming prunus trees in a naturalistic setting in underglaze blue, beneath the repeating lappet borders decorated with archaistic motifs above and below, raised on an integral foot, and further raised on the accompanying pierce carved wood stand.
H 16¼ x diam 12 inches.
