Jadeite censer, China, 19th century, rectangular body carved with character and four stylized phoenixes on each side, with two Greek key scroll bands at top, the four columnar corners carved with geometric pattern, all raised on four feet, with elephant head handles suspending loose rings, the cover topped with large foo lion finial with four sunflowers at corners, all on carved zitan wood stand, 4 1/2"h x 5 1/4"w x 2"d.
