Frank Albert Rinehart (February 12, 1861-December 17, 1928) was an American artist famous for his photography capturing Native American personalities and scenes, especially portrait settings of leaders and members of the delegations who attended the 1898 Indian Congress in Omaha. This is a colored print marked, 'Three Fingers Cheyenne' 'Copyright 1898 F.A. Rinehart Omaha' and is of a Cheyenne Native AmericanChief at the 1898 Indian Congress in Omaha. The piece is all original and a rare collectible. This is in a frame. Frame Measures 12.25"x14.25" and the art area is 8.75"x10.75"
