Approximately 140 leaves. With four five-line staves of music with text beneath. Many leaves with colored border decorations and initials. Frequent large and ornate initials in gilt and red and black ink. Red highlights used extensively (rubrication). On vellum, some leaves with what seems to be full-page mounted paper. 76.1x55.5 cm (30x22"), original binding of calf over wooden boards, with ornate metal corner protectors and five metal bosses on both panels.
With lavishly decorated leaves and initials throughout. Title-page reads: "Scriptum Fuit a R. P. Fr. Antonio Lengaran Priore actuali hujus Conventus St. Crucis Segovientis. Opem ei ferente P. L. Jacobo de Domingo. Anno Dni. 1801.", [It was written by R. P. Fr. Antonio Lengaran, prior to the meeting of the St. Crucis Segoventis. To assist P. L. Jacobo de Domingo.
