[Hebrew Gymnasium, schools regulations, by Dr. I. Matman. Jaffa, ca. 1908].
Booklet with no cover and no title page. Detailed in the booklet are the school's regulations, procedure of students' admittance ("whoever wants to be admitted to one of the departments has to present a doctor's certificate testifying that he is in good health and that he does not carry any contagious disease") and the curriculum of the different departments.
Yehudah Leib Matman (1869-1939) founded in 1905, together with his wife, in their home, the Hebrew Gymnasium, later "Gymnasia Herzliya".
14, [2] pp, 19 cm. Good condition, paper cover (late) with a handwritten title. Spotting, minor tears and wear. "Hebrew Gymnasium Jaffa Dr. I. Matman" ink stamp.
