Original lithograph by Gustave Singier (1909-1984), pencil signed and dated '74 lower right; presumably printed for the folio, Blason Du Corps Blesse and similar to an unsigned suite offered by our gallery in 2012. This example is almost certainly printed on Arches paper and each lithograph appears to have been reduced to a single sheet for framing. It is in very nice condition and the colors are very fresh. Approximate dimensions: 17 x 12 1/2 inches. Sold unframed.

Lot Note: Although it is possible that this lithograph was created as a special signed and dated edition apart from its companion folio, Blason Du Corps Blesse, we are unable to verify that information. It seems more likely that this example came from a special edition of the folio.

Framing Note: Preston Hall removes most works of art on paper from their frames in order to inspect and measure them. Once removed, they are typically sold unframed for ease of packing and shipping.
