Dayton, Ohio. 19th Century. Buckeye Brass Works Steam Whistle with acorn finial top, 'Buckeye Brass Works Dayton O' marked around top rim #171 A and #70 inscribed on threaded hec socket at base. Iron lever. Mounted onto a copper and wood circular base. Height 12 inches, base diameter 5.4 inches.
