18K white and yellow gold necklace by Gregg Ruth, composed of a fine double strand white gold chain necklace, spaced by single & pairs of gold collet-set round fancy colored yellow diamonds, centering three pave-set white diamond circular panels encircled by round fancy colored yellow diamonds, spaced by & suspending three pave-set white diamond marquise-shaped panels edged by round diamonds, further suspending one pave-set white diamond pear-shaped panel surrounded by round fancy colored yellow diamonds, all spaced & joined by round diamonds. The two drop sections are removable, the clasp is set with 8 bezel set round diamonds. The 410 fully cut diamonds altogether weigh approximately 5.6 carats, marked on the piece. Also signed "Gregg Ruth" & stamped with "18K". Gross weight approximately 24 grams. Length approximately 16.25", width of each pendant approximately 0.5".
