A figurative ivory silk lace evening gown, mid 1930s. woven with dancing figures with gilt strip cordonnets, cascading flounce from the rear waist, bust 86-92cm, 34-36in

Condition

small holes in tulle ground on left side skirt flounce, right side flounce has a 2cm split and peppered with small holes - could be re-backed in cream tulle to strengthen. There is the odd hole in the tulle dotted across the dress but nothing too significant. Very pretty and unusual lace pattern
