This Ageron, Paris, carriage clock was made in Germany around 1770 and produced for French market. The clock is fitted with a key wind-up movement and displays hour, minute, alarm and ¼ hour repetition. The white enamel dial shows gold hands- The three-part watch case is made of silver and metal.
The case diameter with watch case measures ca. 14 cm and 7 cm in height. The watch weighs 1711 grams. The timepiece is in good, age-related condition with traces of wear. During in house testing the watch was fully functional. Long-term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. The clock has some cracks in tortoiseshell.
