Ironstone PlattersÂ
English, 19th century. Two ironstone platters in different sizes, the smaller of the two marked on bottom with an impressed B & B New Stone mark, and with a painted number in a cartouche stamp, with M & H beneath it. The larger platter is marked, Copeland/Late Spode, with an impressed crown over the number 8; small platter lg. 13.5 in., larger one, 18.25 in.Â
