Description
950s New Mexico State Map Tablecloth Original Yucca Print Genuine Cactus Cloth, measures 38.5'' x 30'', ''The item up for bids is a wonderful New Mexico state map souvenir tablecloth. It is made from ''genuine cactus cloth'' and features colorful renditions of various New Mexico landmarks and attractions. Featured attractions include Carlsbad Caverns, White Sands (First Atom Bomb Site), Bottomless Lakes State Park, Conchas Lake and Dam, Oldest Church in U.S.A., Capulin Mountain National Monument, Mission of Ranchos de Taos, Aztec Ruins National Monument, Shiprock, Acoma the Sky City, and Open Pit Copper mines! The design is framed by a border of red tribal petroglyphs. The design is a hand-printed four color screen print and it is signed 'An Original Yucca Print.' It was retailed by the Santa Fe News Service and originally cost $1.50. Judging by the price I'd guess it's from the late 1940s or the 1950s.'' In my opinion in great condition.
