Deed. Deed from the 'Kollel Shomrei HaChomot shel Adas Ostreich- Ungarin' in the holy city Jerusalem. Jerusalem, [c. 1910].

Kollel Shomrei HaChomot of Österreich -Ungarin in Jerusalem sold the rights of residence in a two-room apartment, including the rights to use the water cistern, basement and neighborhood synagogue. The buyer's rights are based on eight conditions that are printed here. After the donor's death, the apartment returns to the Kollel so that it can continue renting the apartments to support its members. Blank spaces on the deed for the names and signatures of the kollel's trustees. Printed year, [1910]. Colored print. Surrounded by illustrations of holy sites Many verses praising Jerusalem. Light tears, without loss, primarily in the blank margins. Minimal stains. Fine condition.
